2025 Media Policy

News Media Representatives: Reporters, photographers and videographers representing news media outlets are welcome to cover The Event at Rebecca Farm. Please e-mail Press Officer kimfmiller1@mac.com to request credentials. 

Photography: Photography intended for sale to riders is not allowed at The Event. This is the exclusive privilege of our official photographer Shannon Brinkman.  

Videography: Video intended for sale to riders is not allowed at The Event. This is the exclusive privilege of our official videography and livestream provider, RNS Video Media. 

Social Media Content Providers: Agencies or individuals representing riders with whom they have an ongoing contracted agreement may capture short video content of their represented riders at The Event. The clips must be under 30-seconds in length and the resulting content must tag @RebeccaFarm when posted.  

Please request Social Media Content Provider credentials by e-mailing Press Officer Kim Miller, at kimfmiller1@mac.com, with a list of The Event riders you represent. 

All media credential requests must be accompanied by a completed USEF Participant Waiver Release Form. It can be found here.  Courtesy and respect for the safety and enjoyment of riders, horses and all attendees at Rebecca Farm is expected of all media representatives and content providers. If you are unfamiliar with best practices at an equestrian competition, please talk with Press Officer Kim F Miller.
